Chern-Yamabe problem and Chern-Yamabe flow

Abstract:We first recall some basic facts about Hermitian geometry. Then we introduce the Chern-scalar curvature on a compact Hermitian manifold and consider the Chern-Yamabe problem, which is about the existence of metrics of constant Chern scalar curvature in a given conformal class of a Hermitian metric.. We review the previous results about the Chern-Yamabe problem and the Chern-Yamabe flows, We then discuss some key estimates and study the global existence and convergence of the Chern-Yamabe flows.
